Our story

Started by engineers who were tired of software that did not fit the business.

Alpha Traccia was founded in 2015 by two engineers who had spent years delivering enterprise platforms for other companies. The pattern they kept seeing was the same: capable teams building the wrong thing because nobody had spent enough time understanding the business first.

The company started with one client and a web platform that replaced a spreadsheet-driven process. It is still in daily use. Since then we have added quality assurance, mobile, design and growth services, but the way we begin a project has not changed: we sit with the people who do the work before we write a line of code.

Today the team works across the GCC, Europe and South Asia, organised into small senior groups per project rather than a large pool.

    Work is planned and demonstrated in two-week cycles. You see working software, not status reports.

Since 2015, one principle.

  1. 2015

    The company is founded

    Two engineers and a first client who needed a web platform that worked. The principle has not changed since: software should serve the business.

    First enterprise system

    A logistics operations platform delivered in phases while the client kept operating. It is still in daily use.

  3. 2019

    Quality assurance practice

    A dedicated QA team joined, first for our own builds and then as an independent service for other companies' software.

    Product design and mobile development brought in-house so projects are owned end to end.

Where we work

Built for Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, the UAE and the USA.

Our office is in Dubai and our delivery team works hours that overlap the Gulf working day. Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain and the UAE are our main GCC markets, the USA is our main international market, and we also work with companies in the rest of the GCC.

GCC

Arabic-first interfaces, local payments and VAT-ready invoicing, with workshops at our Dubai office and on-site sessions in Riyadh, Jeddah, Doha or Manama on request.

International

For US companies: contracts with IP assignment and NDA in USD, and overlap hours with Eastern and Central time agreed at the start of each project.
