What Saudi buyers expect from software now
Vision 2030 moved Saudi customers online faster than most markets. Government services run through apps, so people now expect the same from a clinic, a car rental desk or a supplier portal. That sets a high floor. Arabic has to read naturally, dates often need a Hijri option, checkout has to take mada and Apple Pay, and every tax invoice has to meet ZATCA rules. Software that treats these as extras usually gets rebuilt within a year.
Regulation has also caught up. The Personal Data Protection Law is in force and supervised by SDAIA, so personal data needs a lawful basis, clear consent and controls on transfers outside the Kingdom. Many larger buyers and government-linked clients also ask suppliers to work inside their NCA Essential Cybersecurity Controls programme. We design access control, logging and hosting with these requirements on the table from the first workshop.

Starting from a working product cuts months from a project. We then add the parts that are specific to you, such as your contract templates, approval rules, branch structure or the ERP you already run.
How a project with us runs from Riyadh to Khobar
Work follows your Sunday to Thursday week. We shift our hours so your morning stand-up and afternoon review fall inside our working day, and you get a written update every week. Each two-week sprint ends with a demo on a staging system you can click through, in Arabic and English. Scope, price and change requests are agreed in writing before work starts.
Delivery is remote, which keeps rates well below what a comparable in-house team costs in Riyadh or Jeddah. For larger projects we can run discovery workshops on site in Riyadh or Jeddah. Code, cloud accounts and app store listings sit in accounts you own, and where data residency is required we deploy to cloud regions or data centres inside the Kingdom.

We do not have an office in Saudi Arabia. Our main office is in Dubai, and our engineering and QA team works remotely. We deliver to Saudi clients remotely, with shared hours on every Saudi working day, and can arrange on-site workshops in Riyadh or Jeddah for larger projects.
