From reception to claim in one patient record
Private clinics and hospitals in the Kingdom often run a separate system for appointments, another for the lab and a third for billing, with staff re-typing patient details at each step. Our hospital management system keeps one record per patient from registration onwards. The doctor sees history, allergies, results and prescriptions on one screen, and every order flows straight to the lab, radiology, pharmacy and billing.
Clinics can start small, with appointments, consultation notes and billing, and add pharmacy, laboratory, radiology and inpatient modules later. Specialty templates cover dental, dermatology, ophthalmology, obstetrics and physiotherapy, among others. Multi-branch groups share one patient record across sites, with central scheduling and reports that show each branch's activity and revenue.
Insurance, coding and national platforms
Most private patients in Saudi Arabia are insured, so claim quality drives cash flow. The system manages payer contracts and price lists, checks eligibility, requests pre-authorisation for procedures and builds claims with the diagnosis and procedure coding your payers require. Rejections are tracked by reason, so the team can fix patterns rather than resubmitting blindly.
We integrate with the national insurance platform where your licence and accreditation allow, taking the technical connection off your team while you hold the access and approvals. We are not an approved vendor for any national platform and do not claim to be. The same approach applies to other government health services: we build to their published interfaces once your facility has been granted access.
Patient portal, e-prescriptions and data protection
Patients book, reschedule and pay online through a portal and app in Arabic and English. They receive reminders by SMS or WhatsApp, see lab results once the doctor releases them and download invoices and sick leave documents. Doctors issue e-prescriptions with drug interaction checks, and the in-house pharmacy dispenses against them with batch and expiry tracking.
Health data is sensitive personal data under PDPL, so access is role-based, every view and change is logged, and records can be hosted in an in-Kingdom cloud region or on your own servers. If your facility follows the NCA controls or an accreditation standard, we configure audit trails, password rules and backups to meet what your quality and IT teams specify.
