Independent QA and test automation

Software testing company in Saudi Arabia

Our QA team tests web platforms, mobile apps and business systems for Saudi companies, whether we built them or another vendor did, with a focus on Arabic interfaces, payments, e-invoicing and peak-season load.

Independent testing before you accept a vendor's work

Many Saudi companies commission software from one vendor and have no testers of their own to check it. Acceptance then happens by clicking around for an afternoon, and problems surface after go-live. We act as an independent QA team on your side. We review the requirements, write test cases your business users can read, run them on each delivery and report defects with clear steps to reproduce.

For teams that already have developers, we provide testers who join your sprints, work in your Jira or Azure DevOps board and build an automated regression suite with Playwright, Cypress or Appium. The suite runs on every change in your pipeline, so an update to checkout does not quietly break invoicing. Manual exploratory testing continues alongside it for the cases scripts miss.

Arabic, payment and ZATCA e-invoice testing

Arabic interfaces fail in ways English testers rarely notice. We check right-to-left layouts, truncated labels, mixed Arabic and English text, Eastern Arabic numerals, Hijri dates, Arabic search and sorting, and PDF invoices and reports in both languages. Tests run on the iPhones and mid-range Android phones common in the Kingdom, not only on a desktop browser.

Payment flows are tested with mada, Apple Pay, STC Pay and instalment providers in their sandboxes, including declines, 3-D Secure failures, partial refunds and timeouts. For e-invoicing, we validate that XML files, QR codes, invoice hashes and VAT totals match ZATCA rules, using ZATCA's validation tools and sandbox, and that cleared or reported status is recorded correctly when the platform is slow or rejects an invoice.

Load testing before Ramadan, White Friday and Riyadh Season

Saudi traffic is seasonal. Retail and delivery apps see sharp peaks in the evenings of Ramadan, on White Friday, around salary day and on National Day. Booking and ticketing systems spike with events. We model these peaks with JMeter or k6, run load and stress tests against a staging copy of your system, and show where response times climb or errors start.

The report lists the bottlenecks in order of impact, such as slow database queries, missing caches, payment callbacks that time out or servers that do not scale out in time. After fixes, we run the same test again so you see the difference. For systems that must stay up, we also test failover and recovery before the season, not during it.

Questions

Software testing: common questions

Yes. This is one of our most common Saudi engagements. We need access to a test environment, the requirements or contract scope, and a contact at the vendor. We write test cases, run them on each delivery and give you a clear defect list, so acceptance is based on evidence rather than impressions.
