iOS, Android and Flutter apps
Mobile app development company in Saudi Arabia
We build customer and staff apps for Saudi companies on iOS and Android, with Arabic right-to-left screens, mada and Apple Pay payments, and the admin panel and backend the app needs to run.
Apps Saudi customers already know how to use
Saudi Arabia has very high smartphone use, and customers compare every new app with the delivery, banking and government apps they open daily. They expect a fast phone number login with an SMS code, Arabic by default, Apple Pay or mada in two taps, and order status they can follow on a map. An app that asks for long forms or opens in English loses them at the first screen.
The apps we build most often for Saudi clients are delivery and ordering apps for restaurants and retailers, booking apps for clinics, salons and car services, loyalty and membership apps, and field apps for technicians and sales staff. Each ships with an admin panel for your team, and with push notifications and analytics set up so you can see where users drop off.
Right-to-left screens, Hijri dates and Arabic numerals
Arabic in an app is more than translated strings. Navigation, swipe gestures, progress bars and back arrows all reverse. Mixed text such as an Arabic address with a building number, or a product name in English inside an Arabic sentence, needs careful handling to display in the right order. We test every screen in both directions on small and large phones.
Users can choose Western or Eastern Arabic numerals where it makes sense, and date pickers can show the Umm al-Qura Hijri calendar next to the Gregorian one. Push notifications and SMS are sent in the user's chosen language. App Store and Google Play listings, screenshots and keywords are prepared in Arabic and English under your own developer accounts.
Flutter or native, payments and the backend
For most Saudi customer apps we recommend Flutter, which ships iOS and Android from one codebase and handles right-to-left layouts well. We use native Swift or Kotlin when an app depends heavily on device features, such as background location for drivers, Bluetooth hardware or advanced camera work. We explain the trade-off in cost and upkeep before you decide.
Payments go through gateways that support mada, Apple Pay and STC Pay, with Tabby or Tamara where instalments help conversion. Maps, live driver tracking, chat and ratings are added as the product needs them. The backend, APIs and admin tools are built alongside the app, hosted in-Kingdom where your data requires it, and handed over with the code.

Questions
Mobile app development: common questions
The number of apps in the product matters most. A delivery service usually needs a customer app, a driver app and a store or admin panel. After that, it depends on payment and map features, live tracking, integrations with your POS or ERP, and how many languages and user roles you need. We send a written estimate after scoping.
