Transport, delivery and warehouse systems
Logistics software development in Saudi Arabia
We build logistics software for Saudi transport companies, distributors and retailers with their own delivery: order planning, driver apps with proof of delivery, warehouse control and customer tracking.
One system from order to signed delivery
Logistics operators in the Kingdom often run dispatch on spreadsheets and phone calls, even with a tracking system in place. Orders arrive by email, WhatsApp and a customer portal. Planners assign trips by memory. Drivers call in to confirm deliveries, and invoicing waits for paper delivery notes. We build a transport management system that takes orders from every channel, plans loads and routes, and closes the loop with digital proof of delivery.
The system is shaped around your operation. A distributor with its own vans needs route planning and van stock. A third-party carrier needs rate cards per customer, multi-drop trips and subcontractor payments. A retailer running same-day delivery in Riyadh needs slot booking and live customer tracking. We start from the process that costs you the most, then extend it phase by phase.
An Arabic driver app that works on the road
The driver app is where most logistics projects succeed or fail. It has to be simple enough for drivers with different languages and reading levels, so we use large buttons, icons and a choice of Arabic, English, Urdu or Hindi. Each stop shows the address, map pin, customer phone and what to deliver or collect. Drivers capture a signature, photos and a note in a few taps.
Cash on delivery is still common in Saudi Arabia, so the app records cash and card collections per stop and produces an end-of-day cash sheet that matches what the driver hands in. The app keeps working without signal and syncs when coverage returns. Customers receive an SMS or WhatsApp link to follow their driver and a notice when the delivery is close.
Warehouse, carriers and the rest of your stack
For companies holding stock, we add warehouse functions: receiving against purchase orders, bin locations, barcode picking with handheld scanners, cycle counts and dispatch staging. Stock moves update the ERP in real time, so sales and finance see the same numbers as the warehouse. Expiry and batch tracking cover food, cosmetics and pharmaceutical goods.
Where you use outside carriers, we connect to APIs from providers such as SMSA, Aramex and Naqel to create shipments, print labels and pull tracking status back into one view. Delivery data can drive customer invoices, and each invoice is produced to ZATCA e-invoicing rules. GPS data from our fleet system or your existing tracker supplier can feed the same dashboards.

Questions
Logistics software: common questions
Yes. The day's trips download to the phone at the start of the shift. Drivers can complete stops, capture signatures and photos and record payments offline. Everything syncs as soon as the phone reconnects, with the original timestamps and GPS positions kept, so proof of delivery stays reliable.
