Hospital Management Software for GCC Healthcare Providers

Patients, clinical records, billing and insurance, connected

Overview

Hospital Management System connects the departments that usually run on separate software. A patient registered at reception is the same patient in the doctor's record, the lab, the pharmacy and billing. Doctors see history, results and prescriptions in one place; finance sees charges as they happen.

Insurance is handled end to end: eligibility checks, pre-approvals, claim submission and reconciliation of remittances. The patient portal and app take booking, results and payments online, reducing phone traffic at reception. Access is role-based and every action is audited.

  2. 02

    Faster insurance cash flow

Claims go out with the right codes and attachments the first time, and rejections are tracked to resolution.

  3. 03

    Shorter waiting times

Online booking, queue management and result notifications reduce crowding at reception.

  4. 04

    Audit-ready

Role-based access, full audit trails and standard coding support regulatory and accreditation requirements.
