How a senior offshore team works with US companies
Every project starts with a written scope, a fixed overlap window in your morning and a named lead engineer who joins your Slack or Teams. Contracts are work-for-hire with full IP assignment and a mutual NDA, and invoices are issued in USD by ACH or wire. Code lives in your GitHub or GitLab organization from the first commit, so you never have to ask for access to your own product.
Most US clients work with us in one of three ways: a dedicated development team billed monthly, senior engineers added to your own squads through staff augmentation, or a fixed-scope build with milestones. QA outsourcing and independent software testing can run alongside any of them. The model can change as the product does, and nothing locks you in beyond the notice period in the contract.

Independent testing is a large part of what we do. Our QA engineers write manual test cases, build Playwright, Cypress or Selenium suites, test APIs with Postman and REST Assured, and run k6 or JMeter load tests, then wire the suites into GitHub Actions so every pull request gets checked before anyone merges it.
Compliance and accessibility, stated plainly
We do not hold SOC 2 or HIPAA certifications of our own, and we will not pretend to. For healthcare and fintech clients we work inside your HIPAA, SOC 2 or PCI program: we sign the BAA or data processing terms it requires, follow your access and logging controls, and use test data rather than production records wherever the work allows.
Public-facing interfaces are built to WCAG 2.1 AA, the standard ADA accessibility complaints are usually measured against, and checked with automated tools plus manual keyboard and screen reader passes. For consumer products we handle CCPA/CPRA consent and data requests, and sales tax through Stripe Tax, Avalara or TaxJar where your checkout needs it.
