Commerce that fits your operations
Ecommerce development for US brands and B2B sellers
We build storefronts, B2B ordering portals and the integrations behind them for US brands and distributors, connecting checkout to the ERP, inventory and tax systems that run the rest of the business.
Headless commerce with Next.js
A headless build keeps a proven commerce engine, such as Shopify through its Storefront API, BigCommerce or a custom back end, and puts a Next.js front end in front of it. You get full control over page speed, content and the buying experience, while the platform still handles catalog, carts, orders and payments your team already knows how to manage.
Content comes from a headless CMS such as Sanity or Contentful so marketers can publish landing pages without a developer, and product pages are statically generated, then revalidated when prices or stock change. We measure Core Web Vitals on real product and category pages, and keep checkout on the platform's own flow where that is the safer choice.
B2B ordering portals for distributors and wholesale
B2B buyers order differently from consumers. They need customer-specific price lists, quick order by SKU, reorder from history, net terms, purchase order numbers, approval rules for large orders and invoices they can download. We build these portals on a commerce platform's B2B features where they fit, or as a custom web app when your pricing and account rules go beyond what the platform supports.
ERP, inventory and sales tax integration
Most ecommerce problems show up in operations: oversold stock, orders keyed by hand into the ERP and tax set up differently on each channel. We sync orders, inventory, customers and fulfillment status between your store and NetSuite, Acumatica, QuickBooks or your warehouse system, with queues, retries and an alert when a sync fails rather than a silent gap.
Sales tax is calculated by Stripe Tax or Avalara at checkout and on invoices, using the nexus and product tax codes your accountant confirms. We set up exemption certificates for B2B customers where your tax provider supports them, and report tax collected by state, so filing does not start with exports from three different systems.

Questions
E-commerce development: common questions
Stay on a theme if it meets your speed, content and design needs, because it is cheaper to run. Headless makes sense when you need content-heavy pages, several storefronts on one catalog, or front-end performance a theme cannot reach. We give you a written comparison of build and running costs before you decide.
