Independent QA for US teams
Software QA and testing services for US businesses
An independent QA team for US companies that have developers but no dedicated testers. We test what your team or another vendor builds, report defects with clear steps to reproduce, and tell you honestly whether a release is ready.
Testing that runs while your developers sleep
The time difference works in your favor for QA. Your developers merge in the afternoon, our testers run regression and exploratory passes overnight, and your team starts the morning with a list of defects, screenshots and screen recordings instead of waiting a day for feedback. The overlap window is used for triage, not status meetings.
Defects go straight into your Jira, Linear or Azure DevOps with severity, environment, build number and exact reproduction steps. Our testers retest fixes, close tickets and keep a release sign-off checklist so everyone knows what was tested and what was not. Product managers get a short weekly summary of open defects by severity and area, which makes release decisions a quick conversation.
What we test and how
Coverage is planned against risk, not just screens. We write test cases from your user stories, run exploratory sessions on new features, and build automated regression in Playwright, Cypress or Selenium for the flows that must never break. APIs are tested with Postman and REST Assured, and mobile apps on real devices and BrowserStack with Appium for automation.
Before busy periods or large launches we run load tests in k6 or JMeter against agreed targets, such as response time at a given number of concurrent users, and report where the system slows down first so your team knows what to fix. Tests are repeated after the fixes, so you can see whether each change actually moved the numbers before real customers arrive.
Choosing between manual and automated testing
Early products change too fast for large automated suites to pay off, so we start with structured manual and exploratory testing and automate the stable, high-value flows like signup, checkout and billing. As the product settles, automation takes over regression and manual testers focus on new features, usability and edge cases scripts cannot anticipate.

Built for the market
Why US teams outsource QA to us
- Overnight test cycles, so defects are waiting when your day starts
- Testers work in your ticket system and follow your definition of done
- Independent of your developers or vendor, so reports stay honest
- Monthly billing per tester in USD, scaled up for launches and down after
- Test data used in place of production records wherever possible
- Time zone
- US Eastern time is nine to ten hours behind Lahore. A fixed overlap window in your morning is agreed at the start of the project, and the rest of the work happens overnight for you, so each day starts with progress to review.

Questions
QA & software testing: common questions
Usually within one to two weeks. The first week is spent reading your requirements, getting access to test environments and writing an initial test plan. Most teams see their first defect reports in that first week, and a full regression suite within the first month.
