Independent QA

Software testing company in Qatar

Independent testing for software your own team or another vendor built: manual and exploratory passes, automated regression, API checks and load tests, reported in plain English.

A tester on your side of vendor acceptance

In Qatar, a lot of software is delivered by a vendor and accepted by a client team with no testers of its own. Acceptance then depends on whoever has time to click around before the deadline. We act as the tester on your side of the table: we write test cases from the agreed requirements, run them against each delivery, and give you a clear list of what passes, what fails and what is missing.

Testing Arabic screens, payments and peak loads

Bilingual systems break in specific ways: truncated Arabic labels, mixed-direction text in addresses, numbers that flip order, and PDFs that print Arabic incorrectly. We check every screen and document in both languages. For payment journeys we run QPay and card scenarios, including declines, refunds and timeouts, so your customers never discover those paths first.

Qatar's calendar has sharp peaks around major events, national holidays and Ramadan promotions. Before those dates we run load tests with JMeter or k6 to find the point where response times degrade, and give your developers the evidence they need to fix it in time. Tests run against an environment sized like production wherever possible.

How a QA engagement is set up

You give us access to a test environment, the requirements and your ticket system. We write a test plan early in the engagement, run manual passes, and build automated suites with Playwright, Cypress or Appium for the flows you release most often. Defects arrive with steps to reproduce, screenshots and a severity rating. Engagements run per release, per month, or as a tester embedded in your team.

Questions

Software testing: common questions

Yes, and it is one of the most useful ways to use us. We work from your contract requirements or specification, write acceptance tests, and run them against each delivery. You get an independent defect list to take back to the vendor, which makes acceptance decisions a matter of evidence rather than opinion.
