Clinic and hospital systems
Hospital management software for clinics and hospitals in Qatar
Our hospital management system runs private clinics, polyclinics and hospitals in Qatar on one patient record: appointments, consultations, lab, radiology, pharmacy, insurance billing and an Arabic and English patient portal.
Private clinics in Qatar and the move to one record
Private healthcare in Qatar ranges from single-doctor clinics in Al Rayyan to multi-specialty polyclinics and day-surgery centres in Doha and Lusail. Many still pass patients between a booking tool, a paper file and a separate billing program. Our system registers the patient once, with their Qatar ID and insurance card scanned, and that record then follows them through consultation, lab, pharmacy and billing.
Doctors write notes on specialty templates for dental, dermatology, paediatrics, gynaecology or physiotherapy, code diagnoses with ICD-10, and send e-prescriptions with drug interaction and allergy checks. Lab orders from the consultation print barcode sample labels, results flow back from connected analysers, and critical values are flagged to the ordering doctor straight away.
Insurance billing and government health systems
Many private patients in Qatar are insured, through an employer policy or their own cover, so billing has to follow each payer's contract. The system holds price lists and packages per payer, checks eligibility, requests pre-approval for procedures, and builds claims with ICD-10 and CPT codes. Remittances are reconciled against claims, and rejected items are grouped by reason so your team can correct the cause.
Connections to government health systems or national data exchanges are built where your licence allows and your facility has been granted access. Your organisation obtains and holds that access; we handle the technical integration and testing. We hold no approval from any Qatari health authority and do not present the system as certified by one.
Patient portal, staff languages and health data
Patients book, reschedule and pay through a portal and app in Arabic and English, receive reminders by SMS or WhatsApp, and see results once the doctor releases them. Clinical teams in Qatar come from many countries, so each user picks an Arabic or English interface, while drug names and coded diagnoses appear in the same form for everyone.
Health records are among the most sensitive data any business holds. Access is role-based, every view and change is logged, and the system is deployed in your own cloud account or on your own servers, with the hosting location agreed in writing. Retention rules and patient data requests are set up with Qatar's Law No. 13 of 2016 in mind.

Questions
Healthcare software: common questions
Yes. Most clinics begin with appointments, medical records and billing, which is enough to run a full day of consultations. Lab, pharmacy, radiology and inpatient modules can be added later on the same patient record, so growing from a clinic into a larger centre does not mean changing systems or registering patients again.
