Websites and web apps
Web development company in Qatar
Company websites, online stores and browser-based portals for Qatari businesses, designed in English and Arabic from the first wireframe.
Arabic designed in, not translated afterwards
A common problem with Doha websites is an Arabic version that is a mirrored copy of the English one, with broken menus, misaligned numbers and headings that read like machine translation. We design both languages together. Layouts, icons and forms are checked in right-to-left mode, Arabic fonts are chosen for readability on phones, and each language gets its own URLs so both versions can rank in search.
Websites that sell and take payment in Qatar
For online stores and booking sites we integrate QPay for NAPS debit cards alongside Visa, Mastercard and Apple Pay, and test declines, refunds and timeouts before launch. Prices show in QAR. Delivery charges can be set by area, so an order to Al Wakrah is priced differently from one in West Bay. Checkout totals include a tax line that can be enabled if Qatar introduces VAT.
Construction suppliers and trading companies often need a catalogue with quote requests rather than a cart. We build that too, with each enquiry routed to the right salesperson by product line and logged so nothing sits unanswered in a shared inbox. Quote history stays with each customer record, so repeat orders are faster to price.
Speed, search and upkeep after launch
Sites are built with Next.js and a headless CMS your team can edit, hosted close to Gulf users and measured against Core Web Vitals before handover. Technical SEO is part of the build: clean URLs, schema markup, hreflang between Arabic and English, and a Google Business Profile for your Doha address. After launch, monthly maintenance covers updates, backups, security patches and small content changes.

Questions
Web development: common questions
It depends on scope. A company website with a modest number of pages is usually measured in weeks, while an online store with QPay checkout, delivery rules and product imports takes longer. The written scope sets the timeline before work starts, Arabic content review is included in it, and sprint demos let you see progress every two weeks.
