GPS Vehicle Tracking & Fleet Management Software

Live tracking, driver behaviour and fleet costs in one view

Overview

GPS Tracking Fleet Management System shows every vehicle on a live map with speed, direction, ignition state and driver, and keeps a full history you can replay. Alerts fire for speeding, harsh braking, idling, geofence entry and exit, and unauthorised use, so managers act on exceptions instead of watching screens.

Beyond tracking, the system manages what the fleet costs: fuel consumption against expected, service schedules by mileage or date, tyre and part replacement, and driver assignments. It works with most common tracker hardware and integrates with our Rent a Car system and third-party ERPs.

Benefits

What changes after go-live

  1. 01

    Lower fuel and maintenance cost

Idling, speeding and route deviation are visible per driver, and service happens on schedule rather than after a breakdown.

  2. 02

    Safer drivers

Behaviour scoring with clear feedback improves driving within weeks and reduces accident and insurance costs.

  3. 03

    Proof when you need it

Route history, timestamps and geofence logs settle customer disputes and delivery confirmations.

  4. 04

    Hardware freedom

Use the trackers you already have. The platform is not tied to a single device vendor.
