A small island with busy roads and cross-border trips
Bahraini fleets cover short distances but make many trips: delivery vans running between a warehouse in Sitra and shops in Manama, Riffa and Muharraq, service cars visiting customers across the island, and trucks crossing the King Fahd Causeway to customers in the Eastern Province. The system shows each vehicle live, replays any day's route with stops and idle time, and keeps that record for later checks.
Geofences mark your yards, customer sites, the port, the airport cargo area and the causeway approach. You can be alerted when a truck heads for the causeway without an authorised trip, when a vehicle idles for too long, or when it moves at night. For trucks that do cross, trip logs show departure and return times for planning and driver hours.
Drivers, fuel and servicing in one cost record
Driver identification by RFID card, iButton or the driver app ties every trip to a person, so speeding, harsh braking and cornering scores go to the right driver even on shared vehicles. Licence expiry is tracked in each driver profile, and staff records can carry CPR numbers so fleet data lines up with your HR system and payroll.
Fuel level sensors flag drains and refuels that do not match the fuel card, and service reminders run by kilometres, engine hours or date. Work orders capture parts and workshop labour. Reports show cost per kilometre per vehicle and route in BHD to three decimals, and can show VAT separately on workshop and parts bills so the figures match your accounts.
Integration, hosting and driver privacy
The platform supports Teltonika, Queclink, Concox, Ruptela and other common trackers, along with temperature and door sensors and dashcams, so installed hardware can usually be kept. A REST API and webhooks feed trips and mileage to dispatch, payroll or ERP systems, and rental companies running our rent a car system see the same positions against each contract.
Location history describes where your drivers have been, so it is personal data under Law No. 30 of 2018. Access is role-based, retention follows your policy, and every export is logged. The system runs in our cloud, in your own cloud account, or in a cloud region located in Bahrain where you want the data kept inside the country.

Yes. A geofence on the causeway approach triggers an alert when a vehicle enters it. You mark which vehicles and drivers are cleared for cross-border trips, so alerts fire only for the others, and the trip log shows when each authorised truck left Bahrain and when it came back.
