GPS tracking for UAE fleets
Fleet management software and GPS vehicle tracking in the UAE
Our GPS fleet management system tracks vans, trucks, buses and service vehicles across all seven emirates, scores drivers, protects chilled loads through the summer and turns fuel, servicing and mileage into costs per vehicle in AED.
Fleets that run between emirates every day
A typical UAE fleet does not stay in one city. Delivery vans start at a warehouse in one emirate and finish in another, service technicians cross between Dubai and Sharjah several times a day, and trucks run to Abu Dhabi and back. The system shows every vehicle live, replays any day's route with stops and idle time, and lets you draw geofences around depots, free zones, ports and customer sites, with alerts when vehicles arrive late, idle too long or move out of hours.
Heat, cold chain and engine hours
Summer heat changes how fleets have to be watched. Engines left idling for air conditioning burn fuel that shows up nowhere else, so idle time is reported per driver and vehicle. Temperature and door sensors on chilled and frozen loads report with each position, and the supervisor is alerted the moment a load moves outside its range. Each trip keeps its temperature record, so you can show a customer what happened to their goods.
Service reminders run by kilometres, engine hours or date, workshop work orders capture parts and labour, and fuel level sensors flag drains and refuels that do not match the fuel card. Costs per kilometre are reported in AED, with 5% VAT shown separately on workshop and parts bills so the figures agree with your accounts.
Drivers, integration and data protection
Driver identification by card or app ties every trip to a person, so speeding and harsh driving scores go to the right driver on shared vehicles, and licence and Emirates ID expiry dates live in each driver profile. Trip and hours data can feed the payroll system your company uses for WPS. The platform supports Teltonika, Queclink, Concox, Ruptela and other common trackers, and a REST API sends trips and mileage to dispatch or ERP systems.
Location history is personal data about your drivers, so access is role-based, retention follows your policy and every export is logged, in line with Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021. The system runs in our cloud, in your own cloud account, or in a cloud region located in the UAE.

Questions
Fleet management software: common questions
Yes. Temperature sensors connected to the tracker report readings with each position, and supervisors are alerted when a chilled or frozen load moves outside its range or a door opens away from a delivery point. Readings are kept per trip, so you can share the record with a customer if a question comes up.
