GPS tracking and fleet control
Fleet management software and GPS tracking system for Saudi Arabia
Our fleet management system tracks trucks, vans and cars across the Kingdom, scores driver behaviour on long highway runs, and tracks fuel and maintenance costs per vehicle, using the tracker hardware you choose.
Tracking fleets across long Saudi highway routes
Saudi fleets cover distances few other markets do. A truck from Riyadh to Jeddah drives roughly 950 kilometres, much of it on open desert highway with long gaps between towns. Managers need to know where every vehicle is, how fast it is going, where it stopped and for how long. Our system shows each vehicle live, keeps second-by-second history for replay, and flags unplanned stops and route deviations.
Coverage gaps on remote stretches are normal. Trackers store positions while out of signal and upload them when coverage returns, so the route history stays complete. Geofences mark depots, customer sites, ports and restricted areas, and alerts go to the right supervisor by app, SMS, email or WhatsApp when a vehicle enters or leaves, idles too long or moves outside working hours.
Driver behaviour, heat and vehicle wear
High speeds on intercity roads make driver behaviour the biggest safety and cost lever. The system scores each driver on speeding, harsh braking, sharp acceleration, cornering and night driving, and ranks them in a weekly league table. Supervisors can share the score with drivers in Arabic, Urdu or English, which matters in fleets with mixed nationalities.
Summer heat is hard on vehicles. Long idling with the air conditioning on burns fuel, and engines, tyres and batteries wear faster. We report idle time per driver, link fuel level sensors to spot drains and unexplained refuels, and schedule maintenance by kilometres, engine hours or date. Temperature sensors on refrigerated vehicles log the cold chain for food and pharmaceutical loads.
Your hardware, your systems, your data
The platform is not tied to one tracker brand. It supports Teltonika, Queclink, Concox, Ruptela and other common devices, so you can keep trackers already installed and add new ones from a supplier you trust. We advise on devices rated for Saudi summer temperatures and on installation positions away from direct sun.
Tracking data feeds the rest of your operation. A REST API and webhooks send trips, stops and mileage to your ERP, dispatch or payroll system, and our rent a car software uses the same data for rental fleets. The system can run in our cloud, in your own cloud account or on servers inside the Kingdom when your data must stay there.

Questions
Fleet management software: common questions
Usually, yes. The platform supports Teltonika, Queclink, Concox, Ruptela and other common protocols. Send us the models and we confirm which work as they are. If you need new trackers, we can recommend devices or work with your supplier, and new device types can be added to our gateway.
