Is your fleet platform an ELD?

No. We do not build or self-certify ELD devices. Where hours-of-service data matters, we display the duty status and remaining hours your registered ELD provider supplies through its API, so dispatchers see it next to location and job data in one screen.

How does the white-label fleet platform work for resellers?

You get the web platform and mobile apps under your brand, a reseller console to create customer accounts and assign devices, and per-vehicle pricing you set for your customers. We handle hosting, updates and device protocol support, and build custom features on request.

Can you build on top of Samsara or Geotab instead?

Yes. If your fleet is already on one of these, we can build custom dispatch, maintenance or customer reporting that reads data through their published APIs. You keep your existing hardware and contracts, and we build only the parts those platforms do not cover for your operation.

How is custom fleet management software priced?

Using our platform, you pay a monthly fee per tracked vehicle plus a one-off quote for customization. Fully custom builds, or integrations on top of another telematics provider, are quoted by milestone after discovery. All pricing is in USD.

Starting from a working fleet platform

Building fleet software from zero means months spent on device protocols, map rendering and time-series storage before anyone sees a feature. We start from our GPS Tracking Fleet Management System, which already handles live tracking, route replay, geofences, alerts, driver behavior scoring, fuel and maintenance, then build the workflows, reports and integrations specific to your operation.

The platform decodes common tracker protocols such as Teltonika, Queclink and Calamp through its device gateway, so fleets can keep the hardware they have and add dashcams, temperature probes or door sensors where needed. New device types are added at the gateway level, which means a hardware change does not force changes to the dashboards, alerts or reports your staff already use.

White-label platforms for telematics resellers

Telematics resellers and installers often sell hardware but depend on someone else's software, pricing and roadmap. We provide the platform under your brand: your domain, logo, colors and app store listings, with a reseller console to create customer accounts, assign devices and set plans. Billing can run through Stripe per vehicle per month, invoiced by you to your customers.

You choose whether we host it or it runs in your own AWS or Azure account, and the contract sets out who owns the customizations and data. Features you pay for can be kept exclusive to your brand, and your customers' vehicle data is never shared with other resellers on the platform or used for anything beyond running your service.

Integrating with the telematics you already use

Many US fleets already run Samsara, Geotab or another telematics provider and want their own dispatch, maintenance or customer reporting on top. We treat these providers as integration targets through their published APIs, pulling locations, engine data, diagnostic codes and, where your ELD provider supplies it, hours-of-service status. We make no partnership claims with these vendors.

Often, yes. If your trackers use a protocol our gateway supports, they can be pointed at the new platform without replacing hardware. We migrate vehicles, drivers, geofences and history where your current provider allows export, and run both systems side by side during the switch.
