Rental software you can brand
Car rental management software for US independent operators and franchises
Our Rent a Car Management System, adapted for US independent rental operators and franchise groups: online booking, card holds through Stripe, photo damage checks and telematics, under your own brand.
Booking and payment flows for US renters
US renters expect to book on a phone, upload a driver's license, add protection options and see the full price, including taxes and fees, before they pay. The booking flow runs on your website and app with live availability by location and vehicle class, age rules for young drivers, one-way fees where you allow them, and confirmation by email and SMS.
Payments run through Stripe. A card authorization hold covers the deposit at pickup, is captured in part at return for fuel, mileage, tolls or damage, and is released automatically when nothing is owed. Because holds expire after a set number of days, longer rentals get a scheduled reauthorization, and every capture and release appears on the rental agreement.
Photo damage checks and the evidence behind a claim
Damage disputes are where independent operators lose the most margin. Staff, or the renter during a contactless pickup, complete a guided walkaround in the app: required photos of each panel, the wheels, the interior, the odometer and the fuel level, each stamped with time and location. At return the same sequence runs again, and new damage is compared side by side with the pickup photos.
Damage records link to repair estimates, the renter's payment method and any claim with their insurer or under a damage waiver you sold. Your team sees what is recovered, what is pending and what was written off, per vehicle and per location, instead of chasing paperwork through email. Toll charges billed to the plate can be matched to the rental the same way.
Telematics, franchises and white-label branding
Connected vehicles cut counter work. We integrate with telematics and connected-car APIs such as Geotab or Smartcar, or our own GPS platform, to read mileage and fuel at return, locate an overdue vehicle and support keyless pickup where the hardware allows it. Franchise groups get one system across locations with per-location reports, while each franchisee runs rates and fleet for its own market.
The whole platform can be white-labeled with your domain, app store listings, colors and emails, so renters see your brand rather than ours. We adapt the product to US conventions such as miles, gallons, state and local rental taxes and US date formats, while your rental agreement wording and protection products come from your own counsel and insurer.

Questions
Car rental software: common questions
Yes, independent operators are the main US audience for it. A small fleet can start with web booking, Stripe deposits, digital agreements and photo inspections, then add a branded app, telematics or extra locations later. Pricing scales with the number of vehicles, so a small operator is not paying for an enterprise setup.
