Automation that your team trusts

Test automation services for US software teams

We build and maintain automated test suites that run on every pull request, fail for real reasons and finish fast enough that developers do not skip them. Playwright, Cypress, Selenium and Appium, wired into your CI.

Picking the right framework for your stack

For most new web projects we recommend Playwright: it runs Chromium, Firefox and WebKit, handles multiple tabs and origins, and its trace viewer makes failures easy to debug. Cypress suits teams that want tests close to their front-end code and a strong interactive runner. Selenium still makes sense for large existing suites or Java and C# teams, and Appium covers native and hybrid mobile apps.

If you already have a suite, we do not rewrite it by default. We measure its runtime, failure rate and coverage of critical flows, then recommend whether to repair, extend or migrate it, with an estimate for each option. Migration, when it makes sense, happens flow by flow, so the old suite keeps protecting releases until the new tests cover the same ground.

Running tests in CI on every change

Tests are only useful if they run automatically. We set up GitHub Actions, GitLab CI or Azure Pipelines to run a fast smoke suite on every pull request and the full regression suite on merge or nightly, sharded across parallel runners so feedback arrives in minutes. Results post back to the pull request with traces, screenshots and videos attached to each failure.

Test data is created through APIs or database seeding at the start of each run, rather than depending on records someone set up by hand, so tests can run in any order and on any environment. Secrets for test accounts live in your CI secret store, and environments are cleaned up afterwards so staging does not fill with thousands of leftover test users.

Fixing flaky tests instead of retrying them

A flaky suite teaches developers to ignore red builds. We track every failure by test and cause, then fix the usual culprits: fixed sleeps replaced by waiting on real conditions, brittle CSS selectors replaced by roles and test IDs, shared test data split per run, and network calls to third parties stubbed. Quarantined tests get an owner and a date, not a permanent retry.

Test automation we set up and maintain

  • Playwright end-to-end suites for web applications
  • Cypress component and end-to-end tests
  • Selenium suite repair, extension or migration
  • Appium automation for iOS and Android apps
  • CI pipelines in GitHub Actions with parallel runs and reports
  • Visual regression checks on key screens
  • Flaky test audits with a written fix plan

Built for the market

What engineering leads want from automation partners

  • Tests written in TypeScript, Java or Python to match your developers
  • Page objects and helpers your own team can extend without us
  • Pull request feedback in minutes, not hours
  • A monthly report on suite runtime, pass rate and flaky tests
  • Suites stored in your repository and run on your CI account
Time zone
US Eastern time is nine to ten hours behind Lahore. A fixed overlap window in your morning is agreed at the start of the project, and the rest of the work happens overnight for you, so each day starts with progress to review.

Questions

Test automation: common questions

For a new web suite, Playwright is usually our first choice because of its cross-browser support, auto-waiting and trace viewer. Cypress works well for front-end teams that want component tests. Selenium is right when you have a large existing suite or need language support Playwright does not cover for your team.
