Senior engineers, your roadmap
Software development outsourcing for US businesses, with a senior team
Our senior offshore engineers join your product as a dedicated team, as individual developers inside your own squads, or on a fixed-scope project. Every model comes with IP assignment, an agreed overlap window and code in your repositories.
Three engagement models, and when each one fits
A dedicated team suits a product with a long roadmap: a tech lead, developers and a QA engineer who stay on your product month after month and learn its domain. Staff augmentation suits companies with strong engineering management that need two or three more senior people in existing squads. A fixed-scope project suits a defined piece of work, such as a new module, an integration or a rebuild, priced by milestone.
You do not have to pick one model forever. Many US clients start with a fixed-scope project to see how we work, then keep a smaller dedicated team for the next phase. Switching models is a contract change rather than a new vendor search, and the engineers who built the code usually stay on it.
How a senior team is set up in the first weeks
Our engineering and QA team has worked together since 2015, and the people placed on your work are senior engineers, not trainees learning on your budget. Before anyone starts, you meet the proposed lead and can interview each engineer. We match people to your stack and domain, whether that is a TypeScript SaaS product, a Python data service or a Flutter app.
Onboarding follows a written checklist: accounts in your GitHub, ticket tracker and chat, read access to documentation, a local environment that runs, and a first small ticket merged within the first week. The overlap window with Eastern or Central time is fixed in the contract, typically early morning for you, so standups, reviews and planning happen live while the rest of the work moves forward overnight.
Scaling the team up or down, and leaving cleanly
Team size follows your roadmap. Adding an engineer takes a few weeks of notice, and releasing one follows the notice period in the contract, without exit fees. Code ownership never depends on the relationship: work is assigned to your company under a work-for-hire agreement and NDA, invoiced monthly in USD, and every commit already sits in your repositories.
If you decide to bring the work in-house or move it elsewhere, the exit is planned like any other milestone. We write handover notes on architecture, deployment and open issues, record walkthrough sessions, pair with your new engineers for an agreed period and remove our own access on the last day, with written confirmation for your security team.

Questions
Software development outsourcing: common questions
With staff augmentation, our engineers join your squads and your engineering managers direct their daily work. With a dedicated team, we provide a tech lead who plans and runs delivery against your roadmap and priorities. Staff augmentation needs more of your management time, while a dedicated team needs less but gives you slightly less day-to-day control.
